She enjoys educating others in her methods of practice and does so by sponsoring students in her field, volunteering time to her local high school athletic medicine department, and giving classes to vocational counselors, claims managers, physicians and ARNP's in the area.
She has created and given classes titled; "Computer Comfort," "Be Kind to Your Spine," and "Hand, Finger, Thumb."
When she is not at work you will find her in her garden raising vegetables, cooking, canning, dreaming up new high nutrition recipes, watching the sports her children play and her husband coaches or just plain being out in nature.
She lives in Poulsbo with her husband, Eric and 3 nearly grown children.
