Kitsap Physical Therapy offers personalized or group training to improve your athletic ability. Programs are set up based on the needs of the client by one of our training staff in order to get the best possible improvements in speed, power and agility. Program components can include: strength training, flexibility, sprint mechanics, basic nutrition, foot speed and sport specific drills.
